Microsoft office 2013 issues with windows 10 free
I’ve simply uninstalled Office and reinstalled. Yes, it does install; however, it jitters and freezes on the Welcome to Microsoft Office screen.
I’ve used task manager to end that task. Office programs will either not open at all or will freeze after opening. It seems my only option is to uninstall Office again and Reset. Who wants to do that? It gives you a list of the drivers and such you need to reinstall. What good is system restore? This would be the second time I wanted to use it but on both occasions, I was rewarded with a message that there is an error and told the the system was left unchanged.

I figure Microsoft is forcing me to buy Office We have to close each time using the task manager. Looking on line I saw suggestions to go to one of the programs and choose update now under file Can we update another way Thanks for a quick response Now all is operational, and I’m not sure why but am not complaining!

When I said initially that Excel is OK, I had not realized at that point that I was in fact looking at a document which had opened in Excel In fact, the whole of Office works just fine – albeit within the limitations of the older programme.
The bigger difficulty I am having with Office is that every single window – including the installation window – is coming up blank. There is no text anywhere; nothing, therefore, that I can use to amend settings or anything.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing three times – including using a clean download direct from MS. Nothing changes. Each programme appears to load just fine; and the screen that comes up is completely and utterly blank; aside from a tantalizing glimpse of some of the separate segments of Outlook.
Thanks for this – and, sad to relate, I’ve already tried a complete new download and restore – twice!.
