That env was on a separate network. I recently moved them to a new LTS environment on Windows Server hosted on the parent company’s. Your network access was interrupted. To continue, close the database, and then reopen it again. Needless to say this is problematic as we are. The solution is in the message, close the database and reopen it. The message means that your network connection to the database was lost.
